I haven’t received it yet. Which part of PO box 145, Opua, 0241, northland, nz don’t you understand? I need a refund as my product hasn’t arrived

We are sorry to hear you haven't received your order.

We have looked into this and from what we can see from Australia Post's tracking, your order from 27 December 2023 was delivered to you on 12 January 2024.

We have made some enquiries and it appears that with New Years and customs checks for delivery from Australia to New Zealand, there was some delay in getting your order to you.

Bring back floral essences

When I first bought the Let Go oil I’m pretty sure it included some beautiful floral essences, in addition to the essential oils. I’m finding it doesn’t work as well now.

Flora Remedia is delightful

Love these little roll ons. They just bring the calm I need in an easy portable, pretty little pack. Not that we’re getting too close to anyone these days, but even when I open the door to accept deliveries I’m asked what the beautiful smell is and my husband tells me he can tell when I come to bed later than him that the spring garden is finally at rest. That’s cute and instigates snuggles 🥰 I have very sensitive skin and have never felt any irritation or seen redness. Love this product it’s an improvement on my mood whatever is going on.
